Cancellation Policy
ChyNails Is By Appointment ONLY, Therefore Last Minute Cancellations & Reschedules Have A Huge Impact On My Business. Because Of This I Charge A 50% Cancellation Fee For Any NO-SHOWS And For Any Appointments Not Canceled Within 24 Hours Of Scheduled Time. If The Card On File Is Charged And Has Insufficient Funds You Will Have To Pay For Your Next Appointment In FULL. Your Deposit Will Also Be Forfeited. NO SHOW Clients Will Be Banned & Unable To Book Again. NO EXCEPTIONS !!!
